Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
Build, optimize, and manage RESTful APIs.
Develop and maintain databases in PostgreSQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with Angular-based front-end applications
Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best-practice improvements.
Document technical designs, processes, and configurations.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience in Java.
Strong practical knowledge of Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
Experience with Java 8 or similar older platform
Experience building and maintaining REST APIs.
Hands-on development experience with PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Angular front-end integration
Good understanding of microservices architecture.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in fintech / financial services domain.
Understanding of payment systems, compliance workflows, or transaction processing
Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Self-driven and proactive problem solver.
