Each set of signed & stamped documents should be submitted separately in sealed envelopes and
then included in a larger sealed package. This larger package must be mailed and emailed (soft
copies along with proof of mailing of hardcopies) to the following postal address no later than 10th
February 2026. Following sets shall be submitted:
i) Pre-qualification requirements
ii) Technical specifications
iii) Financial Quotation (in Microsoft Excel format or in PDF format)
