The purpose of this Request for Applications (RFA) is to invite civil society organization(s) to submit applications to implement a project that will support the registration of 25,000 National Identity Cards (NICs) across Sindh and Punjab provinces. The objective of this project is to increase uptake of NIC registration in support of an active and participatory citizenry in democratic and electoral processes in Pakistan. The RFA provides prospective organizations with the relevant operational and performance requirements. IFES anticipates potentially issuing multiple awards under this RFA.
