The main Goal is to eliminate poverty and violence from society by means of encouraging human rights and civic education culture.


Job Overview/Summary:

The Field Admin & Finance Assistant is responsible for supporting administrative, financial, and logistics functions at the field level. The role ensures smooth office operations, compliance with organizational policies, and accurate financial documentation in line with donor and NGO requirements. The position demands a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to support program implementation effectively.

Major Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Maintain and update petty cash book, vouchers, receipts, and ledgers for the field office.

  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial documents to the main office.

  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and budget tracking.

  • Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing payments.

  • Support compliance with donor regulations and organizational financial policies.

  • Assist in payroll preparation for field staff (attendance sheets, timesheets).

Administration & Logistics:

  • Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.

  • Manage office supplies, procurement requests, and maintain inventory of assets at field office.

  • Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and facilities.

  • Arrange travel, logistics, and accommodation for field staff and visitors.

  • Support in organizing meetings, trainings, and workshops at the field level.

  • Maintain updated staff attendance and leave records.

Coordination & Support:

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and local stakeholders for operational requirements.

  • Support program teams in logistical arrangements for field activities.

  • Act as a focal point for communication between field office and main office regarding finance/admin issues.

  • Ensure confidentiality and safe custody of organizational documents and assets.

Job Specification:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1 years of work experience preferably in NGO setup.


Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

  • Strong integrity, accountability, and respect for confidentiality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

  • Willingness to travel to field sites when required.
