Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support (NGO/Development sector experience preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of ERP, LAN/WAN, NAS backup systems, CCTV, and MikroTik routers.
  • Hands-on skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, printers/copiers, and networking.
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with central IT policies and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide first-level IT support to Lodhran office staff for hardware, software, printers/copiers, internet, and email issues.
    • Support setup and smooth functioning of online conferencing systems and digital communication platforms.
    • Escalate unresolved IT issues to the IT Officer (Multan).
  1. ERP & System Support
    • Assist staff in ERP usage, troubleshooting basic issues, and coordinating with the IT Officer for advanced support.
    • Ensure timely ERP data entries and reporting support for Lodhran office users.
  1. Network & Connectivity
    • Manage local LAN/WAN setup for Lodhran office.
    • Support in monitoring and maintaining MikroTik access points and load balancer for stable connectivity.
    • Assist with workspace email account management in coordination with IT Officer.
  1. Data & Security Systems
    • Support in daily/weekly data backup processes under guidance from IT Officer (Multan).
    • Ensure CCTV system at Lodhran office is operational and accessible online.
    • Keep anti-virus, updates, and access controls maintained for Lodhran office devices.
  1. Inventory & Asset Management
    • Maintain records of IT assets at Lodhran office (computers, printers, copiers, CCTV, routers, etc.).
    • Report IT equipment needs and maintenance requirements to IT Officer.
  1. Coordination & Capacity Building
    • Coordinate with IT Officer (Multan) for organization-wide IT initiatives and upgrades.
    • Provide basic IT guidance and training to staff on ERP, email, and digital tools.
  1. Other Duties
    • Ensure compliance with LPP’s IT policies and SOPs at Lodhran office.
    • Carry out any additional IT-related tasks assigned by management.
