Terms and conditions:

• Only sealed quotations will be accepted, submit your quotations clearly mentioned Quotation of Stationary Items for BRAVE Project Chakwal.  
• Last date of submission is 8 September 2025, after due date will not be accepted.
• A Blanket purchase agreement with selected vendor / vendors will be made for provision of items for a period of 6 months.
• Preference will be given to vendors applying from District Chakwal.     
• Delivery of goods within 04 working days after conformation of Purchase order.
• Delivery of Items will be required at Shifa Foundation Chakwal Project Office.  
• Quoted rates should be inclusive of delivery charges.
• Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable Government taxes (With Holding Tax, Sales Tax).
• Quoted rates should be valid for 6 months.
• Invoice should mention the Income Tax number / CNIC of supplier.
• All or some of above-mentioned Items/Services will be requested through purchase order on need basis.
• Payment will be made within 20 working days after receiving the invoice/bill.
• Payment will be made through cross cheque in favour the company/business.
