TENDER NOTICE

Pakistan Red Crescent Society Merged Areas Headquarter invites sealed bid from the registered firm/bidders/supplier having valid NTN, for the Procurement & Supply of Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Materials. Bid documents can be obtained up to one day prior to the opening date from the office of undersigned or email to [email protected] during working hours.

1. Sealed bid should be submitted to the address below through registered courier service not later than 11/09/2025 16:00hrs, after due date bids shall not be entertained.

2. Earnest Money @5% of the bid value shall be submitted by the successful bidder at the time of award of contract in the name of ‘’Pakistan Red Crescent Society’’ Refundable. 

3. All other terms & conditions are defined in tender documents

4. PRCS reserve the rights to select/reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
